Dr. Steve Farmer
Dr. Farmer is a graduate of Indiana University (Exercise Science, with distinction) and the IU School of Medicine. After completing his residency at Ball Memorial Hospital, he spent over 30 years in full-scope family medicine before founding Optimize 360 with one goal: deliver the kind of care that traditional systems won't.
